Spiderman fans clearly remember the first release of Spiderman: No Way Home a few months back. Everyone was enthusiastic to see how Andrew Garfield would return as Spiderman in the movie. All the leaked images and actor’s interviews were fueling viewers’ anticipation to see their favorite Spidermen together on the screen. However, now we know that the actor’s statements in his interviews were a string of “fun” fibs for himself. When the movie hit the screen, everyone was enthralled to see how things unfolded. No Way Home is now returning to the theaters in an extended version. Moreover, Garfield is also part of the promotional campaigns.

Andrew Garfield looks highly enthusiastic about promoting the re-release of Spiderman: No Way Home with Sony. He has introduced himself as “Peter 3” in his recent message to fans. He also calls the extended version of the movie as a “More Fun Stuff Version” for the theaters.

The actor hopes that his fans will ensure a return trip to their favorite theaters to see this revamped version of Spider-Man: No Way Home. The movie reportedly features an extension of thirteen more minutes. Note that the original movie broke the box office record on its first release over the holiday season. It made more than $1.9 billion worldwide in box office gross, receiving outstanding reviews. CinemaBlend gave a five-star rating to No Way Home, which is another achievement.

The re-release of this box office hit was announced back in June. The timing was perfect as Marvel Comics’ character was celebrating his 60th anniversary. Moreover, it was also the 20th birthday of Sam Raimi’s first Spiderman movie. So, bringing the three fan-favorite Spideys together was the perfect way to celebrate the anniversaries. Now while the movie is moving forward to its re-release, we know that No Way Home beautifully brought together Tobey Maguire, Tom Holland, and Andrew Garfield to defeat some of the past adversaries. The experience was truly amazing for the viewers, hence the record-breaking earnings.

As viewers are set to return to theaters this weekend to see the extended version, Box Office Pro predicts $4.6 million more for Marvel. Meanwhile, Top Gun: Maverick is still leading the movies already up in the theaters. Fans can also stream the original theatrical version of Spiderman: No Way Home with a Starz subscription to refresh their movie knowledge. However, they will have to hit the theaters to quench their curiosity about the new footage of the extended version.

The biggest question rolling across our minds is whether there will be more of our beloved Andrew Garfield. We have hardly any idea where the studio is taking the superhero next after the success of the original Spiderman: No Way Home. However, it has somehow opened the doors for Andrew Garfield, Tobey Maguire, and Tom Holland to wear their Spidey suits together again. Note that the “The More Fun Stuff” version will hit the screens for a limited time. While there are many other Marvel movies on the way. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is one of them, with its release date set in November.
