As Stranger Things Day 2022 comes to a conclusion, Netflix has announced the title of the premiere episode of the fifth and final season of the show. The announced title is Chapter 1: The Crawl.
The title was revealed on what appears to be the script for the first episode written by The Duffer Brothers when Netflix announced the news on Twitter.
No more information was given regarding this episode or the rest of Season 5, and there is still no word on when the final season will be available on Netflix.
Season 5 will reportedly be shorter than Season 4, and the Duffer Brothers have hinted at a “Return of the King-ish” ending for the entire series.
In addition to the title, Stranger Things Day brought news of a virtual reality game where players take on the role of Vecna and “enact retribution on Eleven and Hawkins.” The game is set for release in the winter of 2023.
