Chris Hemsworth is evidently willing to appear as Thor Cameo in Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3. We know that Marvel Studios is taking the third installment of Ryan Reynold’s Deadpool under its umbrella. In other words, the Deadpool series will soon debut as MCU production.

Since the concept of a multiverse has already sprawled its wings in MCU movies, the trend of cameos is also taking a hike in recent films. So, it’s no wonder that fans are speculating about cameos in most of the upcoming Marvel movies.

In the recent Spider-Man and Doctor Strange releases, we saw cameos thrilling the audience with their appearance to create twists in the plots. Now, fans expect the same in Deadpool 3 since it has also become part of the MCU multiverse romp. In addition, we might see several Marvel characters, including the Asgardian God Thor, in Reynold’s upcoming superhero movie.

Christ Hemsworth, who is also busy promoting Thor: Love and Thunder, revealed the possibility of his cameo in Deadpool. However, He shocked the fans with his reluctance to work with Hugh Jackman, albeit jokingly. Hugh Jackman holds a record of playing superhero for the longest time. He appeared as Wolverine in X-Men for eleven consecutive years.

While responding to BBC Radio 1, Chris playfully said that his appearance in Deadpool 3 will only anger Hugh Jackman. He further joked, “I might make some calls to make sure (Jackman doesn’t appear in Deadpool 3].” The charismatic Thor actor said, “I’ll put myself in Deadpool instead. That would be the offering.”

The playful jab was a lighthearted response to Shawn Levy, Deadpool 3’s director. He teased Thor that working with Wolverine star Hugh Jackman would be great.

The carefree bickering, however, has made us speculate about Hughman’s cameo in the Deadpool threequel.

Moreover, Chris Hemsworth also showed enthusiasm for breaking Hugh Jackman’s 11-year record of playing a superhero. The former needs six more years to break Hughman’s record. But he is not worried about the 6 years long time period. He says, “To turn back now would just be a waste.”

We can ponder whether it was all a joke from Thor’s side, or he seems himself in serious competition with the Wolverine star. In the meantime, we can enjoy Thor: Love and Thunder, releasing soon on 7 July.
