Amanda Peet, an American actress, was born and raised in New York on January 11, 1972. She studied history at Columbia University, where a drama professor persuaded her to attend an audition for acting coach Uta Hagen. Then later, she went on to study acting for four years. During this time, Amanda took part in the off-Broadway production of Clifford Odets’ “Awake and Sing.”
While throughout her auditioning phase, she supported herself by working as a waitress and residual checks from a Skittles candy commercial. Luckily, her hard work resulted in getting a guest-starring part in the popular television series Law & Order in 1995. Interestingly, she soon got her first feature film, Animal Room(1995).
Amanda kept working consistently but found herself performing in a distressingly high number of small-scale movies that weren’t snagged for distribution. But eventually, the actress became well-known thanks to her scene-stealing performance as a mobster in the comedy “The Whole Nine Yards” (2000). So today, this blog is about Peet’s movies to celebrate her victory. Find below the top 10 best Amanda Peet movies of all time.
